Our Story

A wine bar built on one principle: taste before label

Wing Hill Wine Co. started with a simple frustration — too many places in the area treated wine as decoration rather than the centerpiece. We opened our doors on Wyoming Street to change that.

Our cellar is curated, not accumulated. Every producer we work with has earned a spot on our list through repeated tastings, site visits, and a commitment to quality that matches our own. When you sit down here, you're drinking decisions we've already made — so you can focus on what matters: the company you're with.
